Minimum Requirement/Eligibility

Process Flow:

1 .IER (Internal Evaluation Report):

This is nothing but your Eligibility check where you will get to know how many points are your claiming on your profile , exactly how much you need to score in the IELTS and whether your roles and responsibilities are matching to the Canadian requirement or not.

If your report is positive, the next step will be as:

On the review being positive, you initially need to register your profile for further service

Submission of the required documents in formats
File all documents in required formats specified by WES.
Fill in the application with Education Credential Assessment.

After Registering with us for Full services there are 3 stages to get the visa for Canada.

Education Credential Assessment by WES: Where will get the report 30 Working Days.
EOI: Expression of Interest, submit all your supportive documents online.
Final visa registration {Once you will get the ITA Invitation letter to apply} 3 to 4 months.

2.EDUCATION CREDENTIAL ASSESSMENT:

In ECA process, you will have to submit all your educational documents which would assess by skill assessing body i.e. WES

The processing time to get ECA result is 30Working Days Minimum.

3.EXPRESSION OF INTEREST:

Once ECA result is approved, you need to get the required IELTS scores mentioned in your IER report, then we Launch Expression of Interest {EOI}, where you need to prove that you are a highly skilled Migrant, your profile is falling under the shortage skill requirements.
Create an account in Job Bank. We need this account number during profile creation
Now login to my cic account and click on express entry and enter personal reference code and then give all the details about your education, exp, score, spouse details….Etc and then you submit.
Wait for the Invite from CIC to apply for PR
Application moves into the pool, from the pool it will be picked up by the Province or by the Canadian Government.
Once picked up by a particular Province or by Canadian Govt you receive a sponsorship letter, you will receive an Invitation to Apply {ITA}.

4.Invitation to Apply {ITA}.

Prepare all the documents

Police Clearance certificate from Passport office (for both wife and husband). Scan it
Scan Birth certificates (for both wife and husband. In English)
Scan Marriage certificate (in English)
Scan all Experience Letters (Reference letter (role and job duties clearly mentioned), Pay stubs, reliving, joining letters and offer letters) for each company you worked
Scan all Education certificates Bachelors consolidate and provisional and education evaluation certificate that we get from WES
Bank statement (for family of 2 it will be around $16K CAD
You will be asked to perform medicals.(Once the tests are finished they will give a letter with UMI number. We need to scan this and have to enter the UMI number when asked)
Take digital photos according to the requirements and attach the scanned in the respective section

Once you get the invite you login to my CIC account and you will see you have 90 days to apply for PR
Click on Apply for Permanent Residency and then it will ask few questions then will ask to attach all the documents (for each section we have only 1 column to attach so group all e.g. Education into one pdf file (join them all) and attach.
Attach exactly according to the name and description mentioned and it will also ask for the fees receipt (it will give link to pay about $550 CAD for each)
and once everything is set click on submit button to start the application processing
After that if they need any additional documents they will send a request through my cic account (we will get email notification) we have to provide them them the required documents in the same way as above (attaching in the corresponding section)
Almost at the end of the processing it will ask RPRF fees (490 for each) to be paid.
Once they say Ready for Visa we send the passport and photos (new different size and have to send actual photos this time) in post to the said address to get stamped (it will be stamped for 1 yr)
And then we have to do Landing entering into Canada (Bank statement is important here again and all other documents) in that 1 yr period and you will get PR card to the Canadian address that will be of 5 yrs validity

VISA APPLICATION:

Launch the Visa {PR} Application for your complete family including Spouse & Children to CIC along with a fee of 550 CAD {Primary Applicant} + 550 CAD{Dependent Applicant} + 150 CAD { Each Child} + 490 CAD (PR Landing Taxes for Primary Applicant) + 490 CAD (PR Landing Taxes for Dependent Applicant) .
Children below 18 are exempted of PR Landing taxes.
Upon submitting your application at CIC the verification of documents would be done post which you will have to submit your Medicals and PCC. Once all documents are verified, your Visa is granted.
Total Cost for Single Applicant –1.50 Lakhs (Approximately Including Novus Fees and IELTS Charges)
Whole process duration it takes around 8 months to 10 Months of time.
